Site structure & content
- The start page is a short hub; the full book has its own entry so reading is not mixed with the landing experience.
- Hub copy now stresses the book first, then tools, and mentions that glucose is relevant to metabolic health beyond diabetes alone. Book passages that read like private diary notes were rewritten in a more general, science-minded tone.
- A single footer appears across the site, with clearer groupings (browse, calculators, language). You can change language from the footer; calculator pages stay in English for now.
- Navigation was simplified so the hub is not cluttered with redundant “home” controls, and tool pages feel more like small apps than a traditional website chrome.

CGM curve playground
- Educational playground: place foods and simple activities on a timeline and see a stylized glucose trace with a few summary numbers. For learning only—not a medical device or personal prediction.

Macro target calculator
- New tool to estimate daily calories (resting and with activity) and rough protein, fat, and carbohydrate targets from height, weight, age, activity, and a simple weight goal—or your own calorie number.

Glycemic index lab
- Search foods, build a meal, and see estimated glycemic load, spike tendency, and practical tips. Each part of the summary includes a short explanation.
- Meal totals now include calories, protein, fat, and total carbohydrate alongside fiber and net carbs. More everyday foods were added to the list.
April 2026
Tools directory
- One place to open the glycemic lab and CGM playground from the hub and book.

- Smoother reading navigation, theme control, and chapter map behavior while reading the book online.
March 2026
Launch
- First public version of the online book: long chapters, reading progress, chapter map, short quiz, and ways to share what you are reading.
